For me martial art movies and martial arts gave me confidence and martial arts became a way of life.
After seeing an underdog in Karate kid standing up for himself, I could identify myself with it.
Martial arts was something mysterious. The action hereoes showed me an identity I wanted to have.

Years later I derived from them and got an own style to it, and one of the best motivations is
to give others the feeling that I had when I started martial arts.

It has nothing to do with money or fame. I think if you do good you will get famous for it by itself.
But if youre intention is to be famous by itself or do it for the money you wont make it...
The power and the love is the love for the art...

The impact you have on others as a performer/artist is the best currency you have.

SIde fx of jealous people ( talk abt that later)

Your power has always been there you just need to find the right habits to unlock its best.
mostyl a success comes from long preparation combined with the right monent after. Life events
ad situations got to be aligned with it.

THE LOCKS IN LIFE and holdbacks
We have to describe and identify the locks in life and deal with it accordingly.

  * Dealing with friends, finding a dreamteam of people

we not all have the same energies... some peopel need to borrow that from others - identify them .. .
and keep them in place...

The enemies of jealous people - a confirmation of success... dont be jealopus yourself but be inspired and be honest to that - tell them they inspore you -- ... Be inspired...

In hard times in my career or times I could always find myself back in the love for the art, thats where the power is.. The Fun is to give your style to it... (we talk about that later in Lets create your character)

The competition with others is fine but the best thing is to compete with yourself and challenge yourself every day.

Infinite: Be a better self than the day before, outdo yourself

You are your competition and the Joy is a slight improvement ever time. (Persistancy and habits are the key here)

Create your own style is part of the fun as Jim Carey says and it is.


Everyone got different skills and qualities, different body types, you cant always compare... the danger here is you will become in a very tiring race, you open instagram and one guy is more muscular than another, its like to show off to overpower each other in a way to get jobs.

Try to be as good as you can be related to yourself the day before, what are your goals, new moves, new acting skills.

If we can fail in what we not like to do, why don't we give it a try in what we love to do.

We have to be realistic in our dreams and

Reinvent yourself - 
Reinvent yourself like an artist who prepares and makes a new cd. If you look for example at major artists/actors you can see they went to different phases in life and career. They for sure didn't come up with things overnight and for sure the most sucessful ones took a good research time to prepare for it.
Some even years for example Michael Jackson before he came out with his cd 'Bad'. On the contrary it can be dangerous for an artist if he bombards the market with for example 7 new movies coming out per year, because it's just impossible to have this big research time in here and projects will look the same or people might get bored.

So these research times are as important as being on a movie, maybe even more important.  These times are gold. I call it research and development. We draw back a little, overthink ourselves
(Also why things maybe didnt work out), develop and create. We go back to where it all started and came from, back to the foundation, heart, love and passion for the art. This is what it's all about. This is why we shine the way we do. So sometimes we need to go back to this to find ourselves again in this world and our motivations (mentioned above). Forget all politics in the business, bad influences, struggles and just create, create.... you will find yourself back in the moment, sometimes even like for example a video game character who creates himself/herself from scratch. In my case I add moves to my fighting style, make new combos, experiment with acting and new looks & characters.

Enhance it with music which makes you jump out of your chair, a good coffee, a video clip of your favorite acting scene, actor, action scene, video game fight..... whatever... any ritual which makes you get that 'special feeling' before you train, practise and think 'this is going to be my day'
today I'm going to work on this.

By reinventing yourself, you can increase the carry capacity mentioned before, also if you didn't reach a certain audience, producer, casting with what you can did before, reinventing yourself
will bring you closer to this.

You will keep developing and get a more mature version of you and you will be able to carry for example more lines in acting and be ablt to play more different characters, better and longer fight scenes in action with more moves and combo's and style adaptations.

When it comes to jealous people and dealing with them, reinventing yourself will always keeps you ahead, don't look at every dog who barks while doing it, enjoy the love for the art, step over the bananas being thrown at you when you just in a good tempo.... be unstoppable..

Your carry capacity will increase, you feel very alive and you keep the real love for the art, and understands it's the path and process which is great besides the destination.

I think personally without this real love for the art it will become real hard for people to keep going for a long time and its persistency which also makes a difference
